I was watching Ari Melber‘s The Beat on MSNBC the other day and was struck by a former US Amy intelligence officer’s, Lt. Col Ralph Peters (retired), inability to explain the Ol’ Pussy Grabber committing treason by allowing Putin to pay assassins to murder our soldiers in Afghanistan. How, how, how could he not understand it? It is so painfully obvious how we got to treason when you understand narcissism.

Here watch — okay, don’t watch — the interview for yourself maybe you’ll see something I didn’t. If you do, please let me know in the comments, okay? Please? Could ya, hunh? It’s not like I’m begging for a sign of life from a reader or anything, but I’m begging you, for the love of god, you’ve read this far, would it kill you to leave a comment?

There are two popular explanations for the Ol’ Pussy Grabber’s behaviors: narcissism and blackmail. We’ll go through each and show how they each lead us to treason.

Blackmail

I liked it that Lt. Col. Peters remarked that there was probably more truth to the Steele dossier than what most people realize. It was a subtle reference to the pee tapes. You remember those, right? The alleged pee-hooker tapes that Putin is holding over the Ol’ Pussy Grabber to get him to dance like a bloated orange marionette to his balalaika.

It is easy to imagine that Putin gets on the phone with the Ol’ Pussy Grabber and alternately sweet talks and bullies him into doing his bidding gradually upping the ante of the Ol’ Pussy Grabber’s treason until we’ve reached this dubious nadir of actually selling out our troops to a foreign enemy.

Seriously, how else could you explain such treason? Even the most crass, soulless, self-serving psychopathic politician wants to preserve the country, right? #MoscowMitch, Ted the punch-punch-punchiest-face-the-face-that-all-the-mothers-want-to-punch Cruz, Rick “Empty Soul” Scott, Sister Lindsey all have some loyalty to the US if for no other reason than habit and it is their money train. You don’t bite the hand that feeds ya unless you’re being fed something better some place else, right? But, the Ol’ Pussy Grabber seems to have no loyalty to the US. Zilch, none, nada, nil, nought, nothing. How is that even possible?

That is the undoing of the blackmail scenario and the strength of the narcissist explanation.

Narcissistic Personality Disorder

As I’ve said so many times before in so many posts, the Ol’ Pussy Grabber is an unproductive malignant narcissistic personality disorder, AND it is the only thing you need to know about him.

Just for fun, let’s review the signs and symptoms of a narcissistic personality. If you’d rather not, skip ahead.

Symptoms of a Narcissistic Personality

The official DSM-5 diagnostic criteria states that a narcissist has put the ASS in asshole. Okay, it doesn’t, but if you find yourself dealing with the biggest asshole you’ve ever seen in your life, then you’re probably dealing with a narcissist. Jeez, these folks are just jerks. But, according to Diseases and Conditions Narcissistic Personality Disorder (as quoted in The Narcissism of Donald J. Trump) it is “a mental disorder in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance, a deep need for admiration and a lack of empathy for others. But behind this mask of ultraconfidence (sic) lies a fragile self-esteem that’s vulnerable to the slightest criticism.“

You can see the fragile self-esteem that is vulnerable to the slightest criticism at work in the Putin bounty scandal, right? “But, sir, sir, how could you know from your Presidential Daily Briefing that Putin was doing this and not do anything to stop him? Aren’t you paying attention to your PDB? Or, do you not care? Or do you want Putin killing our troops?” You can see that none of those alternatives are any good. And, it’s got to be one of them, right? Either you knew, and did nothing because you wanted it this way, or you didn’t know because you couldn’t be bothered to keep up with important information and you’re not doing your job.

Either way, it hurts his fragile liddle’ ego, and he has to push back. Let’s look at more symptoms before we move on. From the DSM-5 (also reported in The Narcissism of Donald J. Trump):

• Having an ego so bloated that you think you are more important than you are
• Deluding yourself that you are exceptional even if you haven’t ever done anything exceptional except being an exceptional ASShole
• Lying through your teeth about everything you’ve done and your talents and your skills
• Fapping to fantasies of your own success, power, brilliance, beauty
• Needing to have your ass-kissed constantly
• Needing special favors and exceptions to be made for you because you are some kind of a special fragile snowflake
• Expecting others to ask how high after you’ve screamed jump at them and like it!
• Taking advantage of others to get what you want
• Being an insensitive asshole unable to acknowledge the emotions or needs of others or even that others exist outside of the purpose of meeting your needs
• Seeing everyone around you as being green with envy for you and your bullshit
• Being a stuck-up shit like some little queen bee high school mean girl

From Narcissism to Treason

The Ol’ Pussy Grabber literally believes that he is the single most important smartest knowledgeable #BeBest person the world has ever created and that his every fart is a work of art and the envy of the world. If you think you know more than the generals do, as the Ol’ Pussy Grabber has proclaimed, then you needn’t listen to their bullshit whiny briefings, do you? You already know this shit, and you definitely don’t need to listen to their pathetic excuse for analysis and interpretation because you’ve already got one, and it’s much better than theirs.

It is difficult to wrap your head around how deluded a narcissist is. He really believes his bullshit smells like chocolate. You can see how hard it is believe and accept by how the talking heads, like Lt Col Peters, and media-types keep trying to offer the motherfucker the benefit of the doubt. And can’t quite understand how he could not have gotten the briefing. There has to be some rational explanation for it all. There is. He’s a narcissist. But, there has to be more than that, right? No. He’s a narcissist.

He constantly must be defending his narcissistic delusional facade against evidence to the contrary and salve his narcissistic wound. The notion of being the very model of a modern stable genius is clearly a delusion, right? I mean, I don’t have to go through and psysplain point-by-point the reasons it is not reality and how far removed from reality it is, right? Y’all get that, right? If not, it’s okay, just ask about it in the comments, and I’ll go through it there.

To keep his bloated ego hyper inflated, he has to be very careful about how much of reality he exposes himself to and who. If anyone inflicts a narcissistic wound, meaning challenges his narcissistic delusion, then that person must be destroyed and utterly discredited. His ego cannot tolerate anything else. An important caveat is that if a person around him cannot protect him from the harsh reality of, well, reality, and cannot deflect the embarrassing shit that he does, then that person is WRONG and must go. This is why everyone who leaves the administration is a loser and was never any better than a coffee boy.

He only keeps sycophants around because it is all the narcissistic delusion can tolerate.

The Role of Chaos and Fighting

The Ol’ Pussy Grabber is constantly surrounded by chaos and confusion because it is a smoke screen for his incompetence. How can he be expected to get anything done when there is a crisis? And it keeps the critics distracted so that their criticisms are about things that don’t matter and don’t sting as much. In that sense the pandemic is a god send because it keeps us in crisis mode and he can blame everyone for his failures.

Easily Manipulated

If our politicians, media-types, and talking heads don’t get the implications of his narcissism, do you know who does? That’s right, Putin. Because narcissists need constant attention and adulation, they are ripe for manipulation. Because the Ol’ Pussy Grabber can’t risk being seen as incompetent, he can only fight with everyone around him and keep everyone at arm’s length. They can’t get close enough to see his idiocy too clearly.

You know who doesn’t ever point out his idiocy? Putin. You now who only has praise for him? Putin. You know who asks him for advice? Putin. You know who plants suggestions in his head by asking for advice and asking if the Ol’ Pussy Grabber thinks this is okay? Putin. Do you know who makes his every plot and machination seem like the Ol’ Pussy Grabber’s idea? Putin.

The Role of the Hoax and Inaction

Every challenging event from investigations to #COVID19 to Putin’s bounties on our troops has been dubbed a hoax because if they were true, they would diminish his ego. They would constitute a narcissistic wound. Consequently, everyone promoting them has to be destroyed and the issue itself destroyed by declaring them a hoax.

If he were to take action against #COVID19 or Putin’s bounties on our troops, he risks being wrong. Being wrong is narcissistic wound. Consequently, it is better to do nothing and blame others for the consequences of inaction.

Defending his Bloated Ego Justifies Every Outrageous Behavior

For the Ol’ Pussy Grabber, the ends justify the means. The ends are his ego gratification and inflation and the means are whatever is necessary. It means he is predisposed to cheating and corruption. All is fair in love and self-aggrandizement, amirite? When you’re the #BeBestest everyone lets you do whatever you want because you’re the #BeBestest.

The real tragedy is that our politicians, media-types, and talking heads can’t accept the Ol’ Pussy Grabber’s narcissism so we could manipulate him for good and not evil and by good so that he advantages the US and doesn’t commit treason.

It’s easy to see how the Ol’ Pussy Grabber sells the nation in order to maintain his narcissistic delusion of greatness because any means of maintaining his delusion is justified. He doesn’t need to be blackmailed to commit treason and destroy the world, all he needs is a bit of mindless praise. He’s a narcissist. It’s all you need to know about him.

Just because he doesn’t need to be blackmailed to commit treason, doesn’t mean he isn’t though. He would be difficult to blackmail because his narcissism would cause him to believe he is on the cusp of victory. He would need to be constantly reminded of the kompromat. It would be a narcissistic wound that would keep him agitated, angry, and behaving erratically — sound familiar? He couldn’t lash out at and destroy the blackmailer, so he would have to lash out at everyone else. He would have to delude himself that complying with the blackmail wasn’t what he was doing but he was using the blackmailer and other bullshit rationalizations.
