Yes! We have the right to be informed. We also have the ability to choose what serves us and what doesn’t. We must stay free, despite what may be perceived as negative influences. That is, as long as we have the mind to do so.

Yes, that is the cheifest problem. People seem all too willing to accept any amount of BS so long as it conform with their expectations and reinforce their assumptions.
The gutting of the American education system has left us in a pretty pickle.
